Starting with version 3.0, every WDS service has a FIPS container image variant, including Solidstack - the single-container WDS server. This gives teams additional deployment options for environments with strict cryptographic requirements.

Run web crawling, structured extraction, indexing, and retrieval for RAG inside infrastructure you control, even when that infrastructure is disconnected from the public internet.

WDS already supports air-gapped deployment through scripts that package and transfer container images into private registries. FIPS image availability extends the deployment choices for teams operating in these controlled environments.
